Having passed her ACCA from London, she has been adapting the business for better accountability to all its shareholders. She has taken a very keen lead in establishing the female role in the workplace by supervising, guiding, and delegating duties to freshers. Alongside her Financial profession, she has also embarked on her entrepreneurial venture in establishing a Rice Mill and a Hardware store. She believes the best is yet to come.

Vicky Chand

(Director - CEO)

Mr. Vicky Chand studied civil engineering at Bangalore College of Engineering. He joined the family business in 2001, and since then, his unconventional way of thinking has helped consolidate the industry and evolve the company's outlook towards path-breaking directions. Mr. Vicky Chand envisioned that a community of like-minded individuals could create a culture of innovation through trained human resources and standardized processes. The goal of such professionals would be to add more value to a consumer's spending experience and journey. As a CEO, he is determined to make "glocal" brands and processes that think local and act globally. His business acumen led to North East's first 'Custom Bonded Warehouse.' He has in the past also helped a long list of international brands such as Diageo, Carlsberg, and Bacardi to establish them in the North East of India. Vicky is also the Founder of Spirit Foundation Charitable Trust, a non-profit organization dealing with pressing environmental issues.

BK Mohanty

(Advisor - Sales & Marketing)

He was retired as Asst VP. from USL. Worked 34 years with USL and was heading Odisha, WB, Sikkim, and the entire Northeast. During Northeast's tenure, created 4 million brands and handled 7 million cases overall sales. His qualification is BA Honours (Economics).

Alok Sen Gupta

(Advisor - Production, Procurement & Supply Chain Management)

He worked in United Spirit Limited for 31years in various posts in the supply chain and manufacturing domain, including Head of Supply chain of Eastern region controlling 23 units and retired in 2013 as Sr. General Manager from USL. Post that attached with various companies as a consultant for Manufacturing and Supply Chain activities. Mr. Sen has been assisting entities in preparing Project Reports, Budget Planning, Vendor Negotiation, Bottling Unit Setup, Production Enhancement strategy. He is currently associated with the Radiant group providing necessary advisory services and allied guidelines for improving the efficiency of the Manufacturing unit and supply chain activities. By qualification, Mr. Sen is an M. Com as well as PGDM.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar

Advisor - HR, IT & Digital Security

He began his IT career in the document processing industry in 1998, solving problems for sectors across India. Rakesh has worked with large multinational software companies and has gained hands-on technical experience by managing and delivering software development projects for the services industry. He had an opportunity to work with companies like HP, LSI, NetApp. Mr. Rakesh received a Masters' degree in Computers and an MBA from Symbiosis University, Pune. He has over 18+ years of experience, including Organizational Project Management, SCM, IT, HRD Processes, and Systems.

Monjit Dutta

Head of Sales & Marketing Northeast India

A graduate of Gauhati University. Before joining the sales profession, he had dabbled with many things in life, including a stint as a restauranteur and docu filmmaker. He had worked for USL and Seagram in his formative stages. However, his time leading Indage in NE and developing the nascent wine segment opened his vision to approach any task with a broad perspective. His tenure in Mayell & Fraser (a Scottish JV) exposed him to markets beyond NE. And a three-year stint of leading a tea company based out of Delhi and handling the North was a handy experience on hardcore sales. For him, the constant endeavor should be to improve the capabilities of your team and only then are the goals achieved very quickly. Handling and nurturing Brands is an everyday high for him.
